Above All

Above all powers, above all kings
Above all nature and all created things
Above all wisdom and all the ways of man
You were here before the world began

Above all kingdoms, above all thrones
Above all wonders the world has ever known
Above all wealth and treasures of the earth
There's no way to measure what you're worth

Crucified
Laid behind a stone
You lived to die
Rejected and alone
Like a rose
Trampled on the ground
You took the fall
And thought of me
Above all

Christy,

I understand you are a Catholic, BTW
I am a protestant (Methodist), do you
think that spirit of a close friend / relative can communicate to us via dreams?. What are your views?

Hi Stan,
I am not too sure about that; I did hear about all these inter-communications before and as you have said it, Christianity do not really tells us all this.
Dreams are often interpreted as the imaginations of the mind.
But, sometimes, there are too many things that are inexplicable by science.
I believe in GOD; and there are also lots of happenings out there.
Having friends and relatives who are of other religions such as Taoists and Buddhists, I have heard of this before as well - they believe that dreams serve as the medium/portal for communication with the netherworld.
Logically, when you have the relative or close bond with someone you know, even though they have passed on, you may see them in dreams.
Science interpret this as illusion, but some interpret this as the heavy heart to leave human world, etc.
There are lots of explanations out there. But I think it is the person who are experiencing it will actually get the real or gut feeling whether it is true or not.
Perception has always been a complicated matter :)
